The AKE works closely with the Canadian Dementia Resource and Knowledge Exchange (CDRAKE), which is a national platform providing resources, online knowledge exchange events and a knowledge broker platform where people can connect, share and access support.

 

SHKN The Seniors Health Knowledge Network makes connections: we link people, resources and ideas together to benefit the health of the aging population. Their mission is to make a positive impact on seniors? health by encouraging advancements in research, education, practice and policies.
