News

January 2012 - Participants have been active in regular knowledge exchange activities where they share learning experiences and work in collaboration with one another. Action plans from the four early adopter Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) are posted for public viewing; the remaining 10 LHINs are in the process of creating action plans for their regions. All LHINs have also been participating in value stream mapping with Health Quality Ontario focusing on service redesign. Furthermore, two in person meetings took place in Toronto on November 24th and 25th where LHINS came together with project leads and had an opportunity to voice opinions and seek guidance during this planning phase.
