First Link

First Link is an innovative collaboration between the Alzheimer Society, primary care providers,and other health professionals that aims to meet the needs of persons with dementia and their caregivers in a more comprehensive fashion, by connecting them to local dementia-specific supports and learning opportunities at the time of diagnosis and throughout the course of the disease.
